7/365 Lori R.

You are one of the biggest reasons I hated high school. I can't understand how your life turned out smelling like roses and I paid the price. Your bowling shoes sucked.

Lord,

It's time for me to release the animosity that I hold for this one girl in high school. It's time for me to release what I feel in how our lives turned out. We both made choices to get where we are and mine, alone got me to where I am. I ask you to bless her and her family and pray that her mean natures have left her and she doesn't make anyone else feel the way that she made me feel so many years ago.

Amen.

6/365 Soliloquy

I believe God aligned our paths if nothing else than for a laugh and to pray for each other. I look forward to see what is in store in the future.

Lord,

Thank you for using the internet to bring people together; to allow us yet another place to share our faith with others, those who currently believe and those who are lost. Thank you for Soliloquy and what she's taught me, the prayers she's sent up for me and the friendship that is blossoming. Bless her in an awesome way God and continue to be with her as she takes a break from her blog to draw closer to you.

Amen.

5/365 PL

I WANT to like you, I want to LOVE working with you but you're making it incredibly hard for me to feel like part of the team. Let's work together, please?

Lord, please work on forming a working relationship between PL and I. Take the animosity away for both of us so that we can form a powerful leadership team in an effort to bring more people to know you.

Amen

4/365 Aria

At only 7 you amaze me with your wisdom, drive, & mad softball skillz. Tonight, you got down on yourself. But you pulled through. I'm so very proud of you.

Heavenly Father:

Today, I ask your blessing on Aria and the other members of the White Sox. Please keep them safe both on and off the field and remind us that we're out there to have fun and not to win each and every game (although a few would be nice, Lord.) Thank you for putting me in their lives and they in mine. I am blessed beyond measure and hope that they are learning as much from me as I am from them.

Amen.

Let's Kick It Up a Notch....

I've found that while crafting my 31 words about each individual, I want to pray for them. It's this urge that is so overwhelming, I can't hardly stand it. And I do pray for them but I'm going to start typing my prayers out here.

If you happen across this blog, please pray for them as well.

3/365 Pastor Man

Instrumental in my faith, you have never failed me in my time of need, be it personal, professional, or spiritual. I pray neither of us is in that 5 percent.

Heavenly Father,

I am so thankful for Pastor Man and the influence that he's had on the lives of each member of my family, as well as those that he's never met. Cover him with your blessings, Lord. Grant him wisdom, courage, patience, and a sense of peace. Remind him that he is Your child and that no one can get in the way of that. Bless him in some unexpected way today Lord.

Amen.

2/365 Mr. Adams

5th grade teacher. First male instructor. Loved the Adams Bucks and the shopping. But I didn't like how you wouldn't let me hold hands with the boys I was going with.
